Hugging this character: Are you a child? Go for it! A teenager that he likes/tolerates? Sure, why not? His family? Of course. ♥ Anybody else? I do not recommend it. (Of course, if he doesn't want you hugging him, he just won't let you.)
Kissing this character: Kids, go for the cheek all you want. Anybody else, the same as above applies; if he doesn't want you to, he won't let you. And since he's happily married, no, he does not want you to. (This does not apply for Christmas/Valentines shenanigans, of course! :>)
Flirting with this character: Sure.
Fighting with this character: Yes. Keep in mind his powers, though.
Injuring this character: Haha, I don't mind, but keeping the computer in mind, it'd have to be someone who could ICly injure him. And it's possible, of course.
Killing this character: Ask me; I'm theoretically for it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yep! I'd just like to know when/how it's happening, etc.

( The Midnighter's Mental Induction )

Part of this ability involves the Midnighter being able to see his opponent's special abilities and weaknesses. (Can you fly and shoot beams from your eyes? The computer will tell him. Are you an expert in jujitsu? He won't know until you decide to fight him. The weakness thing is a lot less clear, so I'll be treading very lightly with that one.) If you DON'T want him to see your character's abilities/mention it out loud while threading, just comment here, and thy will be done! ♥

The 'being able to see your moves before you make them/tell the outcome of a battle' thing can be tricky, but I promise that I will always liaise with you in that respect, and never get godmod-y with it. If you have any concerns about how I play that out, please feel free to put them here.
